Nori the Cloud Who Lost Her Pillow

The tiny white cloud floats high above the town.

Nori drifts down and whispers good night to the roofs.

Nori looks for the cloud-pillow. It is gone.

Nori floats in circles. The sky feels too big.

One star blinks. Then another. Then many stars glow.

Nori stops drifting and watches the stars wink back.

The moon slides down and rests beside Nori.

The moon wraps its light around Nori like a blanket.

Nori curls up against the warm moon glow.

Above the town, everything is still. Nori sleeps.
