Ema and Sofi

Ema grabs the black hairbrush and toddles down the hall.

“Ema, wait!” calls Sofi as the floorboards creak.

Ema brushes her black curls. The brush gets stuck.

“Oh!” says Ema. Sofi gently frees the brush.

Sofi brushes Ema’s curls while Ema brushes Sofi’s hair.

Boing! The brush pops up like a spring.

Ema and Sofi giggle and trade brushes.

Swish, swish! They brush each other’s hair.
